L.O.V.E.S. | Coping With Uncertainty
This 4-part online course uses the basic principles of mindfulness toward coping with these uncertain times. Each session will cover at least one of these topics: mindfulness of the breath, mindfulness of the body, mindfulness of thoughts and emotions, mindfulness of events and situations. The intention is to create a safe container where you can practice mindfulness and express what is on your mind using the acronym L.O.V.E.S.

Being Resilient Practicum
This 4-week online mindfulness series allows students to practice many of the resilient techniques learned in our introductory mindfulness course that dealt with challenging emotions during these times. Note: The introductory course is not a prerequisite.
Why take this series? To become more aware of the thoughts that drive emotions so that you can better manage them. Time to shift out of mental auto-pilot and put yourself into the driver’s seat. You can choose your thoughts, and I will show you how.
There will be weekly mindfulness talks, along with guided practice and group sharing.

Mindful Creative Writing Salon
Keep your creative juices flowing while staying safer at home.
Each session, there will be a group discussion, guided meditation, and free-form writing. You will be given writing prompts or feel to bring in something that you are working on — this is your writing time. I am creating a place to get inspired, break through writer’s block, create new ideas, and find writing companionship.

Mindfully Happy: Creating Your Inner Sanctuary
Universally, everyone wants to be happy. However, most do not have a clue about how to achieve it. Many think it is when you find the right person, get the right job, move into the right home, and it is none of these. Everything I mentioned is an exterior, conditional circumstance when, in truth, happiness is what happens on the inside, which you then project outwardly.
In this course, I will lead you through a seven-step process that will enable you to create your Inner Sanctuary. By the end of this course, you will have the essential tools to build a life that is mindfully lived on purpose.
